Armenia to take out loan for water infrastructure

During today’s session, the Armenian government approved the signing of an $80 million loan agreement with the World Bank.

The republic will initiate a ten-year program to restore irrigation and water supply infrastructure, requiring a total investment of $435 million.

The first part of the plan will be implemented in six years. $185 million will be required for its implementation.
