SCO has no goal of opposing anyone, Putin says

The Russian leader stressed that the work of the SCO is not aimed at opposing anyone, the members of the Organization strive for joint work and positive results.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization does not aim to "bypass" anyone, the Organization has other goals, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a press conference following his visit to China, where the SCO summit was held.
