Lavrov: Russia condemns Israeli strikes on Doha

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov emphasized that missile attacks on Doha undermine efforts to resolve the Israel-Hamas conflict, noting that Qatar serves as a key mediator in Middle East peace negotiations. He condemned the escalation during a meeting with Persian Gulf representatives.

On Tuesday, September 9, the IDF conducted airstrikes on Qatar, targeting suspected Hamas government leaders. Six people were killed in the attack.

According to Benjamin Netanyahu, the military operation was planned, and the Israeli side bears responsibility for the military actions.

The Russian Foreign Ministry expressed disapproval of Israel's actions and emphasized that it is necessary to take all possible measures to end the conflict.
