MSU and Rossotrudnichestvo to hold school of Russian studies in Astana

In October, Lomonosov Moscow State University and its branch in Kazakhstan, with the support of the Rossotrudnichestvo representative office in Kazakhstan, will organize the traditional XXII Autumn School of Russian Studies, the Russian House in Astana reports.

The event, titled "Current Issues of Teaching Russian Language and Literature in Kazakhstan", will take place from October 28 to 30. Participation is available both remotely and in person.

"The goal of the educational and methodological seminar is to address current challenges in the theory and practice of teaching Russian language and literature in schools, as well as to facilitate the professional development of teaching staff",

Rossotrudnichestvo stated.

Classes will be conducted by teachers from MSU and its Kazakhstan branch. The program will include lectures, methodological seminars, discussions, and master classes.
