Russia and UK sign declaration for cooperation

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and UK Prime Minister David Cameron
have signed a partnership declaration based on modernization, RIA
Novosti
reports.


The two states will put efforts into the improvement of the business
climate, trade and investments. An international financial center will
be established in Moscow.


Russia and the UK will support free movement of scientists, students
and teachers for economic modernization.


UK supports Russia's membership in the WTO. David Cameron made a
speech at the Moscow State University. He said that both states must
form the best conditions for trade and investments.
