Russian oil imports to Türkiye fell in the first month of autumn to their lowest level since April, Reuters reports.
According to energy market analysts, Urals crude oil supplies to Türkiye in September will amount to approximately 1.2 mln tons. In June, Russian oil imports totaled to nearly 1.6 mln tons.
According to Reuters sources, various factors could be contributing to the decline in imports. These include increased demand for other grades of oil, sanctions, and political considerations.
Earlier, Moscow and Ankara confirmed their willingness to continue cooperation on Russian gas imports.
