Anti-government forces attack IRGC headquarters in western Iran

Two soldiers from the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) were killed in an attack in western Iran on Tuesday, according to state media.

Counter-revolutionary forces attacked IRGC personnel in the Sarvabad district of Iran's northwestern Kurdistan province, IRNA reported.

An unknown gunmen used hand grenades against IRGC members. Two soldiers were killed, and three others were injured in the attack, the agency said.
