Apartment prices in Tbilisi increased by 24%

 

Demand for apartments in Georgia's capital is growing, despite significant price increases.

A Colliers Georgia study revealed 4,100 apartment sales in Tbilisi during September. It is nearly 15% higher than September last year. Demand for new buildings increased by 17.1%, and for existing homes by 8.3%.

New apartment prices increased throughout Tbilisi: city center (5.6%), central districts (24%), and residential areas (13.5%).

Resale housing also increased in price, with the largest increase in residential areas, at 10.6%.

It should be noted that, according to Sakstat, real estate prices in the capital of Georgia have increased by 57% over the past five years.
