Ireland: Turkey's membership in EU strengthens positions in Middle East

The Irish Foreign Minister, Michael Martin, stated that the European Union can strengthen its influence in the Middle East and Central Asia by Turkey becoming a member of it, TRT reports.
Mr Martin said he believes that a process of expansion will lead to the stability, security and well-beng of Europe.
