Telman Ismaylov declines banquet with president of Israel

The famous Russian billionaire, Telman Ismaylov, has refused to
participate in a banquet with the president of Israel, which was organised by the Kazakh media
magnate as part of the 12th Congress of the Universal Association of the Russian Press in Tel Aviv, IzRus reports.
