Russian representative to NATO may visit Tehran

Russian representative to NATO Dmitry Rogozin plans to visit Tehran by the end of September to negotiate defenses if Iran finds a necessary interlocutor, RIA Novosti reports.

Rogozin had talks at the French Defense Ministry, the Elysee Palace, the parliament and the Foreign Ministry, where he discussed anti-missile defenses on Wednesday. Rogozin will soon visit other states.

The representative said that the president of Portugal approved his visit on September 29.
