Iran's foreign minister speaks to Dutch, South Korean counterparts

Iran's Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi has discussed regional and international issues with his Dutch and South Korean counterparts in separate phone calls, Press TV reports on Thursday.

The Dutch foreign minister, Uri Rosenthal, discussed bilateral relations between Tehran and Amsterdam with his Iranian counterpart, Iran's Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday.

The two sides then exchanged views on regional and international developments and hoped to meet in the near future.

Salehi also reviewed bilateral cooperation with Seoul in a separate phone call with his South Korean counterpart, Kim Sung-Hwan.

The two sides also agreed to meet on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly session.
