Earthquake jolts Caspian Sea

An earthquake struck the Caspian Sea, according to the Seismic Survey Center under the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The quake measured 3.8 in magnitude and occurred at 04:31 a.m. local time (03:31 Moscow time).

The epicenter was located 72 km below the surface.
