Wind blows off roof in Kaspiysk, killing one person

A fatal incident has occurred in Kaspiysk, where a man was killed after strong winds caused the roof of a building to collapse, according to the Dagestan Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The ministry stated that it received the report from the city's Unified Dispatch Service. The incident took place at 1 Kaspiyskoye Highway.
