President Pezeshkian: Iran not seeking conflict

Iran has no intention of initiating a new conflict, President Masoud Pezeshkian declared during a meeting with the political leadership in Tehran.

"Iran is not inclined to a new war and does not plan to develop an atomic bomb or any nuclear weapons. We are ready for any form of verification on this issue",

Masoud Pezeshkian reported.

The President asserted that the United States is currently offering Tehran unacceptable terms for negotiations.

Furthermore, according to the Iranian President, Washington was the first to disrupt the negotiation process with its attack on Iran in the summer of 2025.
