RusHydro subsidiary acquires 95% of "Malye hydropower plants of Kabardino-Balkaria"

The Board of Directors of the company RusHydro has bought a 95.28% stake in the "Malye hydropower plants of Kabardino-Balkaria" as part of restructuring the New Energy foundation, RIA Novosti reports.

RusHydro has reported that the seller is New Energy, while the buyer is the Verhnebalkarskaya IHEU, a 100 % subsidiary of RusHydro.

The Malye hydropower plants of Kabardino Balkaria company was founded at the end of December 2007 by New Energy and Kabbalkgidrostroy as a joint venture.
