Iran ready to conclude strategic partnership agreement with Armenia

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei stated that Tehran bases its relations with neighboring countries on national interest, and Yerevan's initiative aligns with this approach.

"Our relations with Armenia are no exception to this rule. We have very good relations with Armenia, and we are determined to continue them. Our relations with other countries are based on careful consideration and decision-making based on mutual interests",

Esmail Baghaei said.

Last week, Armenia's Prime Minister Pashinyan commented on the state of bilateral relations, stating Armenia's desire to sign a strategic partnership document with Iran, as reported by NEWS.am.
