Mehriban Aliyeva congratulates Azerbaijan's Orthodox Christians on Nativity of Christ

First Vice President of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva congratulated the republic's Orthodox Christians on the holiday – January 7 marks the Nativity of Christ.

"I express solidarity with all prayers and wishes offered on the Christmas holiday. I ask the Almighty to grant everyone health and prosperity to our world!",

Mehriban Aliyeva said.

Earlier, Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev congratulated believers on the holiday. He noted that an atmosphere of national and spiritual solidarity reigns in Azerbaijan among various peoples and faiths.
