On January 8, Azerbaijan will send a new batch of petroleum products – gasoline and diesel fuel – to Armenia.

The consignment will be dispatched by rail from the Güzdek station. Armenia is set to receive 1,000 tons of AI-92 gasoline, 1,000 tons of diesel fuel, and 1,800 tons of AI-95 gasoline.

The fuel is sold at international market prices.

This delivery follows the launch of Azerbaijani gasoline supplies to Armenia via Georgia in late 2025. Rail transport through Azerbaijan also facilitates grain deliveries to Armenia.

Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev previously stated that Baku and Yerevan had established trade relations.
