Dagestan leads in production of key agricultural products

Dagestan authorities reported that the republic is among the leaders in the production of the major agricultural products.

Thanks to the efforts of Dagestan's farmers, the region is a leader in Russia in the production of key agricultural products, the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food informs.

The ministry explained that, in particular, Dagestan plays a key role in providing Russians with vegetables and fruits, grapes, rice, lamb, and wool.
