Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf: Iran to retaliate against Israel and US if attacked

Tehran will carry out strikes against Israel and U.S. military bases in the Middle East if attacked, Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf warned.

"Israel, U.S. military and naval bases will be legitimate targets for us in case of an armed attack by the United States," Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf said.

Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump announced Washington’s readiness to come to the "rescue" of Iranian protesters.
