Europe needs Russia - Kirill Dmitriev

Europe cannot exist without Russia, Kirill Dmitriev, special presidential envoy and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), stated.

Dmitriev commented on an article in Foreign Policy magazine that suggested Europe should begin preparing for negotiations with Moscow.

According to the RDIF CEO, this development is "inevitable".
