Mysterious cave found in Kabardino-Balkaria
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaA mysterious mine shaft has been found in a mountainous area near the village of Zayukovo in the Baksansky District of Kabardino-Balkaria, ITAR-TASS reports.
The cave is 80 meters deep and consists of passes from one room to another. The place was found by Maria and Victor Kotlyarov, who studied swastikas on nearby stones made in 1942, an area the “Edelweiss” failed to reach.
Ahnenerbe visited Kabardino-Balkaria in a search for the Holy Grail, on the orders of Hitler.
The cave entrance has two stone plates set parallel to each other. There is also a 36-meter hall.
The shaft is considered to be for ventilation purposes. Geologists say it was made using unknown technologies.
Researchers hope that the North Caucasian tourism cluster would allow more scientists to arrive in 2011-2020. Russia is building 5 new ski resorts, including the Elbrus-Bezengi resort in Kabardino-Balkaria.
