Afghan ex-president killed

Former Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani was killed in a bomb attack which rocked the country’s capital, Kabul, on Tuesday, RT reports, quoting local media.

Rabbani was killed at his home in Kabul. Four other people also died in the attack.

He was reportedly meeting two members of the Taliban at the time of the blast. It remains unclear if they were involved in the attack.
