IRGC announces strikes on 27 targets
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaAccording to the IRGC press service, the IRGC has launched a new wave of strikes, which have so far targeted 27 locations, including Israeli and US targets in the region.
Among the sites struck were the Israeli Air Force's Tel Nof Air Base, the IDF General Staff, and a major military-industrial complex in Tel Aviv.
More than 20 US bases throughout the region have also come under IRGC fire.
According to the latest reports, a series of explosions occurred in several Middle Eastern cities. Residents of Doha, Qatar, reported hearing blasts and observing air defence activity. According to Al Mayadeen, explosions were also heard in Kuwait City. Reports also emerged of explosions in Dubai, and Manama, the capital of Bahrain. Details regarding the causes or potential damage remain unclear.
Air raid alerts have been issued in Israel, as well as in Jordan - including in the capital Amman and other cities - and in Bahrain.
The IRGC had previously announced it would carry out its most powerful retaliatory strike following the killing of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in US and Israeli airstrikes.
