Fertilizer and buckwheat to be sent to Armenia via Azerbaijan

A freight train carrying fertilizer and buckwheat will be sent to Armenia via Azerbaijan, with delivery expected tomorrow, according to media reports.

The shipment will consist of four cars of fertilizer and one car of buckwheat.

Last week, Russia shipped 488 tons of wheat to Armenia in seven freight cars.

Since the end of last year, Armenia has been receiving cargo through Azerbaijan, including fuel from Azerbaijan itself, as well as transited grain and other goods.
