Dollar worth about 32 rubles

The average dollar rate increased by about 0.50 rubles and reached 31.9106 rubles per dollar at 11.30 am, RIA Novosti reports.

The dollar price fell by 0.0838 rubles and reached 31.4122 rubles. The dual rate basket rate dropped by 11%, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Central Bank Alexey Ulyukayev said.

Deputy Minister for Economic Development Andrey Klepachev and former Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank Sergey Aleksashenko want more active interference in regulation of the rate formation. The nominal rate of the ruble to the dollar-euro dropped by 11%.
