Iran strikes US Lincoln carrier with cruise missiles

Iran’s army claimed Wednesday that it targeted the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier with coastal cruise missiles, according to state media.

The Iranian military said it fired several cruise missiles from Iran's southern coast at the U.S. aircraft carrier, some of which struck the warship and "forced it to change its position".

It was noted that the movements of the “enemy” aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln are under continuous monitoring. There was no confirmation from the US.
