Russia to send 300 tons of medical supplies to Iran via Azerbaijan

 

Russia will send a second batch of humanitarian aid to Iran via Azerbaijan on Thursday, the Russian Embassy in Baku reported.

The shipment consists of over 300 tons of medical supplies. It will arrive at the Absheron railway station in Baku, from where it will be transported by truck to its final destination in Iran.

The first shipment was sent to Iran on March 12 also via Azerbaijan.
