Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva send wreaths to Rasim Balayev farewell ceremony

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the First Vice-President, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have sent a wreath to the farewell ceremony of Azerbaijani People's Artist Rasim Balayev.

The wreath was laid at the farewell ceremony of the deceased at the Academic State Academic National Drama Theater. The People's Artist will be buried in the First Alley of Honor.

Rasim Balayev has died at the age of 78 in Istanbul yesterday.
