Two earthquakes shake Caspian Sea on Wednesday

Two earthquakes struck the Caspian Sea on April 8, according to Azerbaijani media, citing seismologists.

The first tremor had a magnitude of 5.3, with its epicenter located 58 kilometers from Lankaran at a depth of 35 kilometers.

The quake was felt by residents of Azerbaijan's southern regions.

The second tremor measured a magnitude of 3.2, with its epicenter at a depth of 20 kilometers.

No casualties or damage have been reported.
