Azerbaijan to enhance ties with Georgia

The Azerbaijani and Georgian foreign ministers expressed willingness to enhance close cooperation, Trend cites the Georgian Foreign Ministry as saying.

Grigol Vashadze and Elmar Mammadyarov’s meeting was held as part of the 66th session of the UN General Assembly in New York .

"The sides discussed a wide range of Georgian-Azerbaijani relations. In particular, the conversation touched upon bilateral economic and political issues, as well as cooperation in multilateral formats within the UN and other international organizations," the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.
