Kazakhstan is ready to process the crude oil on Chinese refineries

Kazakhstan is considering the possibility of tolling operations in
China, the annual volume could reach 1.5 million tons of crude oil,
said Kazakh Minister of Oil and Gas  Sauat Mynbayev..

In an interview he said that the sides are currently negotiating "the
possibility of  the supply of 1-1.5 milliontons of crude oil to the
Chinese plant with reverse importation of high-octane gasoline."  This
is the first project of this kind between Kazakhstan and China, he
added.
