USA reacts to Iran’s vessels off US coast

Iran should concentrate on regional problems instead of sending vessels to the US coast, State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said, RIA Novosti reports.

The commander of Iranian Naval Forces announced plans to send vessels to the US coast in response to the US naval presence at the Iranian maritime boundary. Iran should put more effort into fighting piracy in the Gulf of Aden, the spokeswoman said on Wednesday.
