Earthquake strikes Azerbaijan's Shamakhi

An earthquake was recorded in Azerbaijan's Shamakhi District, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of ANAS reported.

The quake's magnitude was 3.1. It occurred 15 kilometers north of the Pirgulu station, with its hypocenter located at a depth of 3 kilometers.

The earthquake was not felt on the surface.
