Earthquake strikes Caspian Sea overnight

An earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on the night of July 25–26, Azerbaijani media reported, citing the country's Republican Seismological Service Center.

The 3.2-magnitude earthquake was recorded at around 3:04 a.m. local time (2:04 a.m. Moscow time).

The hypocenter was located at a depth of 20,000 metres.
