Azerbaijani Parliament starts autumn session

The Azerbaijani parliament of the fourth calling has started a new session, AZE.az reports.

Some of the most topical documents for discussion are the Code of Urban Planning and Construction, bills on protection of patients, military service and ranks, crediting of education, protection of manufacturers, higher education and other.

There is no information on the bills on political parties and status of ex-presidents.

The autumn session of the parliament includes 18 issues, press-secretary of the parliament Akif Tevekkuloglu said.

The first session on September 30 includes 27 issues. It also includes discussions of 14 inter-parliamentary deals. Deputies will talk on amendments to the Criminal Code, Civil Code, Code of Administrative Violations, the Constitutional Court, state customs, registration of real estate, social insurance, employment.

Other bills concern protection of genetic resources of plants, science policy, reports of municipalities, culture, mugham art, rights of patients (in the first reading), social service (second reading), rights and obligations of the detained (third reading).
