Trump says US won't let Iran charge toll for Hormuz passage

Washington will not allow Iran to charge a toll for ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz, U.S. President Donald Trump said.

"I'm not going to let them charge. Anybody's going to charge, we will charge. We're the ones that has total control," Trump said.

The U.S. leader said the strait of Hormuz could be open “literally by tomorrow”.

"No, there's not going to be charging. We're not talking about charging at all. There won't be charging," Trump said.
