Ilham Aliyev appoints Azerbaijan's Permanent Representative to UNESCO

Fakhraddin Ismayilov has been appointed Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to UNESCO. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed the relevant decree.

According to the decree, Fakhraddin Ismayilov was appointed as the Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.

Prior to this appointment, Ismayilov served as the Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the Council of Europe.

By another decree of Ilham Aliyev, Elman Telman Abdullayev was recalled from his position as Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.
