US can keep indefinite blockade of Iranian ports - Pentagon

The USA can maintain a naval blockade of Iranian ports indefinitely through regular ship rotations, US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said on August 13.

Hegseth said.

The US resumed the naval blockade of Iran on July 14. It had previously been in place from April 13 to June 18.
