Putin and Pezeshkian to meet in Bishkek

Russian and Iranian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Masoud Pezeshkian are set to meet next week on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Bishkek, Iranian Ambassador to Moscow Kazem Jalali said.

The agenda for the talks has not yet been disclosed.

The SCO summit in Kyrgyzstan's capital begins on August 31. The two leaders last met in Ashgabat in December 2025.
