Lavrov to hold talks with Saudi Foreign Minister in Moscow

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet with Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud in Moscow on September 8, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova confirmed.

"We confirm Lavrov's talks with the Saudi Arabian Foreign Minister scheduled for Tuesday",

Zakharova said.

No further details about the agenda were disclosed.

The Saudi minister recently held talks in Tehran with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, focusing on bilateral ties and regional stabilisation.
