Two vessels attacked in Strait of Hormuz

Two vessels were attacked in the Strait of Hormuz near the Omani city of Khasab, the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported.

The captain of one vessel reported seeing four unidentified projectiles strike two ships. A fire broke out on one of the vessels, and the condition of the second remains unknown.

An investigation is under way, and UKMTO has urged vessels to exercise caution
