SOCAR increases oil exports on "northern route"

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has published the volume of oil exports through the port of Novorossiysk in January-September 2011, 1news.az reports, referring to SOCAR.

The Office of Marketing & Economic Operations (MEOD) on the "northern route" has calculated that 209,731 tons of oil were exported in September as compared to 79,585 tons exported in August.

All in all, 1 million 458 thousand 829 tons were exported in the first 9 months of 2011.
