Fruit and vegetable exports earn Azerbaijan 640 million dollars

Azerbaijan exported $640 million worth of fruits and vegetables this year, with volumes reaching 540,000 tonnes, a 0.3% increase year‑on‑year, the State Customs Committee said.

Export value rose nearly 14%, accounting for about 3% of total exports.

Imports of fruits and vegetables fell 13% to $206 million, with volumes reaching 223,000 tonnes.
