Egypt to raise visa fees starting in 2027

Tourists planning to visit Egypt in 2027 face higher costs, as the country is raising its visa fees.

Egypt will raise tourist visa fees from January 1, 2027, with a single‑entry visa priced at $33 and a digital visa at $39, Ahraminfo reported, citing the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.

The "Sinai Stamp" for tourists flying into Sharm El‑Sheikh for stays of up to 15 days will remain free of charge, according to ATOR.
