As of 14:50 Moscow time, the US currency was down 1.18%, reaching 82.995 rubles.

By 15:00 Moscow time, the decline had slowed to 1.15%, with the dollar trading at 83.027 rubles. At the same time, the euro fell 0.96% to 94.349 rubles.
