Export assistance service established in Georgia

has established an export assistance service, the head of the agency
Irakli Matkava said today, Trend reports.
The service will be headed by Mikhail Kobaladze.
Matkava said that the service will assist export and increase
Georgia's exporting potential. He said that the service will provide
information support for local manufacturers and exporters, assist in
establishing contacts between local manufacturers and foreign buyers,
increase the export potential of Georgian companies by organizing
training and seminars and popularize Georgian products on
international markets.
To realize its functions the service will have a web-portal providing
information and an information center with a hotline, Matkava said.
