Russia is Iran's major competitor on oil market

Russia is Iran's major competitor on the oil market, Iran News cites Seied Mohsen Kamsari, the head of the international department of the Iran's National Oil Company, as saying.

Kamsari also said Iran is increasing oil exports, including to Turkey. Iran also delivers oil to Italy and Spain.
