Azerbaijan increases sausage production by more than 9 percent

Sausage production in Azerbaijan rose 9.1% in January–September compared with the same period last year, reaching 25,216.5 tonnes, according to the State Statistical Committee.

Meanwhile, finished product stocks fell to 19.5 tonnes as of October 1, showing a 15.2% decrease year‑on‑year.

In the food industry overall, output reached 3.9636 billion manats over nine months, up 6.4% year‑on‑year.
